Over a period, a practitioner of Yoga sees a transformation within themselves. It could start off as simple as being connected to one’s breath, or by being mindful of the way they consume and move, or even the most obvious – more flexibility and having more energy to carry out their days work. The true fruits to the practice are received when the practice continues over an extended period.
